OPINION P.D.C. (Father) appeals the juvenile court's termination of his parental rights in his three children. Father contends the action should have been transferred to tribal court under the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978 (ICWA) and that ICWA standards applicable to termination of parental rights to an Indian child were not met. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.
